BLUE PERUVIAN OPAL

The centerpiece is a lovely blue Peruvian opal. It has some wonderful turquoise and pearly white colors, along with rich amber and topaz, reminding one of tropical seas.

 I have incorporated Australian Opals to the sides, and cabochons of Pietersite, a rare stone mined only in Namibia. Included are rice shaped, dark bronze-colored freshwater pearls meandering up the sides.

In the drapes are wonderful butterscotch-colored faceted freshwater pearls, more of the bronze, rice shaped freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystals, and graduated Peruvian Opal rondelles.

 I use 18K gold findings, and top quality beads.

The collar is backed with soft ultra suede fabric in a topaz color.
